Help me give my Ally a normal life

This is Ally, my 12 year old rock star! she was born hard of hearing, today she wears a hearing aid on her right side and a cochlear implant on her left side, she also was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD ( oppositional defiance disorder ) even though she is the most pure human being I know, she comes across as very "in your face" at all times, she has problems socially not only because she gets the millions questions about her ears, but because she is not good at making friends,her peers don't get to see how wonderful she is, and is often rejected by them. Ally sees my other children being invited to sleepovers, birthday parties etc., and it breaks my heart to see her little eyes when she is never the kid invited. We found a center in Canton, OH called BRAIN BALANCE, they work with kids like my Ally and help them with the very problems she faces, it’s an after school program to teach them and strengthen the weak parts of the brain that cause the umbalance, it’s very expensive, $5900 per session ( 3 months ) 3 times per week . We don't know if more than 1 session will be necessary until we complete it, and insurance doesn’t cover this. I truly believe this will be the answer for us, and I can finally see my kiddo blossom, have a normal life, have friends, and not have to hear "no" or " stop that" so much, I’m so afraid that’s killing her self-esteem, I feel so powerless as a mom watching this happen and not be able to help her, I’ve talked to teachers, counselors etc. to try to make them understand that she sometimes can’t help her actions, but she’s perceived as the misbehaved child, please help me give her this chance.
