OUR BOOK CLUB

The Allure Elite Book Club was established by Latasha Reyes in 2018. It started out as small book club in Portsmouth, VA to empower others to engage in reading.Our goal is to encourage all to get excited about reading while promoting literacy throughout our community. We believe that the more you know the more you grow.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Allure Elite Book Club mission is to create an interactive, educational, and friendly atmosphere for all lovers of literature.

PURPOSE

Allure Elite Book Club Is a community of friends bonded by books. We joined together as a team to better serve the youth. Our scholarship fund began in 2020 & we are thrilled to continue each year knowing we are making a difference in the lives of our Graduating Seniors located in the Hampton Roads area. Students will be given the opportunity to write an Essay on their favorite book in hopes of winning the grand prize.

This Scholarship is extremely important to us because it gives one more student a chance to succeed. Everyone is not afforded the same opportunities but we strive to ensure no one feels left out. We truly feel that It’s our responsibility to build up the next generation and leave a legacy. Thanks
