It's Nicola here, as you are all aware & for those of you who know me this year has been tough. I've been in & out of hospital and this has had a detrimental effect on my health.

I'm currently in hospital again & have been for over a week. All of this whilst navigating through grief. It has taken a toll on my health so for the first time in my life I'm reaching out for help, which for me is a big deal because I'm fiercely independent. I need time to rest & recuperate over the next couple of months, so I'm asking you kindly for any donations to enable me to do this.
