Mr hassan mougharbel is a 32 year old male patient known to have myelodyplastic syndrom with presence ring sideroblasts and reticulum fibrosis and needs allogenic bone marrow transplantation. His parent cant afford the expence of the transplantation and he dont have any insurance. He is in American university of Lebanon and he is now taking immunosuppressive medication.
