Cheetah Expedition to Africa!

Hi everyone! My name is Allie Case and I am currently a junior at Lakeville South High School in Lakeville, Minnesota. Since around 6th grade I have been obsessed with the big cats of Africa. Like most things, everyone thought it was just a phase, however almost six years later and I still am 100% in love with cheetahs, lions, and tigers. When I enter the career field I want to make a difference by helping the ever diminishing populations of the cheetahs in South Africa. Recently I was accepted to be a part of something amazing- a National Geographic Society Student Expedition. I would love, LOVE to be able to travel to Namibia for 21 days. On this trip I would interact with different scientists and researchers, study the cheetahs up close and personal, and do community service throughout different parts of Namibia. The trip is this summer, and I could use as much help as I can reaching my goal. I believe with a passion that conservation for these animals is paramount, and I would love to be able to contribute to such a wonderful cause. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
