All-female production of 1776

In general, theatre has natural bias towards male characters and casts. Wench Theatre Company was founded on the basis that all male dominated productions performed by us would be casted as fully female. As female teenagers, the number of roles available to us is limited so this company strives to produce successful shows casting only female teenagers. 

Our inaugural production, 1776, will be a love letter to all the women who helped found this country but were never given credit. 

We hope to run four shows in late May. 

Any donations to make this a success will be covering the expenses of:
-Licensing of the show 
-Renting the theater and rehearsal space
-Building the set
-Making costumes
-Printing programs

Any additional money past our goal will be going towards future productions!
