Allergies the plenty
It all started millions of years ago when plants ruled the earth. They lived happily without harm for millions of years until insects became of existence.
It was during this time that plants had to defend themselves. Their choice of defense: Lectins.
These plant proteins called “lectins” mimic the good proteins in our bodies and bypass our gut lining.
When it bypasses mine I get massive inflammation in my body. My scalp developes lesions that bleed puss and blood, and ultimately leads to scarring and hair loss. I’ve recently noticed this happening on my face when I try to grow a beard.
It was manageable when I was living at home with my parents who supplied means for food. Now that I’m on my own I barely have enough money for my strict dietary needs after I pay rent. This week on 10/01/2020 I have to get off my diet because I only have $49 after rent. I have two weeks to my next paycheck on and organic diet and Already, after two meals of regular food my head itches like crazy and my stomach is aching. I can feel the bumps returning in my beard and Scalp and it really sucks.
im not asking for much I just wish I could eat regular food and be normal again. I can’t so I feel like I need to ask for help.
