Allen Dowe just had a baby girl Aaliyah born on 12/24/17 before he suddenly was killed in a motor vehicle accident. Survived by his wife Marinda, she will be moving in with her mother to help care for the child. Allen had just started a new job and did not have life insurance. The money collected will be used for his wife Marinda during this transition period.
