All Day LA Tours Covid-19 Support

If you know anything about me, you know that All Day LA, my Hollywood-based tour business, is my pride and joy. For years, I’ve put my everything into developing a tour unlike any other.

All Day LA was conceived in keeping with the finest traditions of Los Angeles sightseeing. I recognized early on that lurking outside celebrity homes wasn’t enough. It has been my goal to serve the city’s imagination as much as its tourists by blending a sense of civic history and cultural pride in specialized tours that bring LA to life for residents and visitors alike.

After years of work, people were beginning to take notice. The last few years, we received hundreds of positive reviews that put All Day LA into Trip Advisor’s Top Ten for tour vendors in Los Angeles.

This was no small accomplishment--especially when you consider that our long held spot on the corner of Hollywood and Argyle became the target for LAPD anti-street vending sweeps. To make matters worse, newly placed city traffic restrictions limited our access to major sightseeing thoroughfares. It was a miracle we made it through 2019, but perseverance in the face of adversity is always worthwhile when you’re talking about your true passion.

Unfortunately, passion has proven no match for COVID-19.

All Day LA has been out of commission since 3/16. Despite the fact that we’ve been deemed a non-essential business, our bills continue to mount. In the coming months, insurance costs, booking cancellation refunds, and taxes will all have to be paid if we have any hope of re-opening.

It is with a heavy heart that I ask for you support. I’ve always tried to make my own way in life and carry my own weight. Even at this moment, I’m busy reconfiguring All Day LA in a strategic downsize. I want to do everything in my power to stay in business.

That includes this humble request for contributions.

No donation will go unnoticed. Benefactors giving at the $40-and-above level will receive an All Day LA t-shirt. Those who generously contribute $250 or more are entitled to a custom private tour for up to five people.

The money will go to satisfying existing obligations and a revamp of the website to refocus on online booking and sales. Most importantly, it will help to ensure that I can get back to doing what I truly love--sharing the city I adore with people who want to see Los Angeles in all its glory.
