<div>As I do love a challenge I have decided to test my physical and mental strength and complete what is known as the Goggins 4x4x48 challenge, popularised by David Goggins, this is a demanding endurance event where I will run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, totalling 48 miles.

<div>I will start this on Friday 3rd October and complete by Sunday 5th October.
