<div>Hi everyone, I'm Daniel Chacon.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I'm about to take on the biggest physical and personal challenge of my life for a cause that deeply moves me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This November 2nd, I will be running the distance of a full marathon, 26.2 miles, at the Astoria Park Running Track. I will be doing it on a single leg with the help of crutches, one step at a time.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I've named this challenge "55,000 Steps of Hope" because my goal is to raise $55,000 for fundavenyc. I deeply admire their work providing legal and housing support to those who need it most in New York. Every dollar we raise will go directly to strengthening our community.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The day of the challenge is getting closer, and time to reach the goal is running out. That's why your help is more important than ever. If you're in New York, I would be honored if you joined me that day at Astoria Park. Your energy will be my greatest motivation.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every donation, no matter the amount, and every share of this page brings me closer to the goal.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining my cause and for being a part of these steps of hope.

</div>
