Alissa's Medical Funds

As many of you know during Alissa's pregnancy doctor's found and removed a large tumor from her eye, hoping that this along with radiation would save her eye. Unfortunately the tumor grew back rapidly and Alissa made the extremely brave choice to have her eye removed to save her life. She under went a very long and complicated surgery at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. With the support of her boyfriend Mike, family and friends she is doing her best to recover and get back to her four small children. Although the surgery is completed she still has a long road ahead, and has to complete 6 or more weeks of radiation therapy. Alissa did not ask for this page to be setup, and anyone who knows her, knows she'd never ask for help. I'm hoping that by doing this we can help take the financial stress off of her and her family so they can focus on Alissa's recovery.
