Esta cuenta fue creada para ayudar a nuestra hija Alisha Marie quien nacio con la condición Glutaric Acidemia Type 1 (GA 1) la cual no tiene cura. Alisha no habla, ni tampoco puede caminar debido a su condición, ella tiene 14 años de edad. Debido a su edad ya Alisha no cabe en su car seat y necesita poder tener un vehículo donde ella pueda subirse y bajarse sin tener que salirse de su silla. Los médicos nos dejaron saber hace unos meses que seguir sentándola en el car seat es muy peligroso ya que ella no está bien protegida. Gracias a Dios y a una organización logramos conseguir el dinero completo para lograr hacer la conversión de nuestro vehículo lo que significa que ya nuestra hija podrá moverse en un vehículo para impedidos. La compañía que estará haciendo la conversión de nuestra mini van se tardará entre 4-5 semanas lo que significa que no tendremos vehículo en nuestro hogar por ese tiempo y tendremos que alquilar uno. Debido a que necesitamos rentar una mini van para poder mover Alisha en ese tiempo pero el costo de la misma es bastante alto para nosotros y necesitamos cualquier ayuda económica en este momento........

This account was created to help our daughter Alisha Marie who was born with the condition Glutaric Acidemia Type 1 (GA 1) which has no cure. Alisha does not speak, nor can she walk because of her condition, she is 14 years old. Due to her age, Alisha does not fit in her car seat and needs to have a vehicle where she can get on and off without having to leave her wheelchair. The doctors let us know a few months ago that continuing to sit her in the car seat is very dangerous since she is not well protected. Thanks God we found an organization that help us getting the money to achieve the conversion of our vehicle, which means that our daughter will be able to move in a handicapped vehicle. The company that will be doing the conversion of our mini van will take between 4-5 weeks which means that we will not have a vehicle in our home for that time and we will have to rent one for that time. Since we need to rent a mini van to be able to move Alisha for that time the cost of it is quite high for us and we need any financial help at this time ........
