Alicia’s Rent

Hello All, 

We all know and love Alicia for her EXRA glittery and sweet personality. What you may not know, is that she faces some pretty tough situations on a regular basis. Not only is she a single mother, but she is the single mother to two children that have had to deal with health issues all of their lives. Life has not been easy for her or any of her children. But, you would never know it if you saw them, because they all always have a smile on their face and are sweet as can be. I am reaching out because recently times have been harder than ever on Alicia. Her oldest had surgery a few weeks ago, that resulted in Alicia having to take time off to be with daughter. However, the healing process has not been an easy one. Her daughter has had some complications, which has resulting in Alicia having the take off a few hours a day, for the last couple weeks. Then, yesterday her oldest son, was rushed to the hospital with a high grade fever. He was unconscious for most of the night. He is now awake enough to be off of the ventilator, but is still not completely conscious. He ended up having surgery last night, because they found that his shunt was broken. The doctors have repaired that now. But, the focus is now on trying to figure out what keeps causing him to have these high grade fevers. As you can imagine, this is every mom’s nightmare. All any mom wants if for her kids to be happy and healthy. Since Alicia is a single mom, the bills have always been a struggle. The last thing, Alicia needs to be worrying about right now, is covering her rent. So, it is my mission to cover this months rent for her.
