Alicia and her team, Chance Missed, fight CANCER
Tax deductible
On my actual birthday, October 28, my team, Chance Missed, and I will be sliding into very chic, hand-made bowling attire and heading to Boardwalk Bowl, joining an entire bowling alley full of women with cancer and those who love them, raising money to make our lives a little more livable. Last year we took 1st place in fundraising, raising $5185 (or something close to that), and this year I want more!
The Santa Cruz based Non-profit, Women Care, saved me in the first year after finding out I had incurable blood cancer. They offer so many resources, but the poetry group and the group therapy were two parts I held onto when I had nothing left inside.
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Family Service Agency of the Central Coast (WomenCARE), and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
