Alice needs surgery!

Alice is a four year old Boston Terrier that I adopted a little over two years ago. After having her for a few weeks, I realized that she was deaf. You'd never know because it doesn't seem to slow her down. 

She's a good dog that needs surgery to remove three mast cell tumors near her tail. They were found while prepping her for an operation to remove a polyp that ended up not being cancerous. 

The tumors need to be removed and tested to see their type and condition, and to then determine the course of action to take.  Surgery should  be in the next week or two. 

I don't like doing this, asking for help isn't easy for me, but she is worth the best care possible. If you can help out in any way, it would mean the world to us.
