<div>Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, and from then on, it has been a crazy journey. I had brain surgery to remove the tumour and was so excited to return to work.

<div>Recently, however, I was given unexpected news that my biopsy results showed that the tumour is more aggressive than we had hoped. Over the next few weeks, I will be undergoing treatment to allow me to keep fighting. Unfortunately, this means that I will not be returning to work for the foreseeable future to focus on my health and recovery. Stepping away from work is so hard, as it brings me so much joy.

<div>I’ve been so grateful for the kindness, love and support from my wonderful family, friends and everyone in the amazing Mulberry family. I could not have done any of this without you. Every message, kind word and encouragement has helped me to stay positive at each step.

<div>I am so grateful for all the donations and support that I have received. It has been a difficult year, I have gone through a lot of treatment so far to try and treat my cancer. I’ve had surgery, daily radiotherapy, and ongoing chemotherapy. One of the hardest parts is living with the uncertainty. Never knowing what the next scan results will bring. Because my cancer is rare, treatment options are more limited, access to clinical trials and ongoing research is vital

<div>I have experienced first hand that life is full of the unexpected. 1 year ago I passed my driving test, bought my first car, and was making plans to buy a house. I had found the most amazing friends, and I felt so motivated, happy, and excited for life but now everything is upside down.

<div>I am doing my best to stay positive and focus on what’s ahead. I still have hope, I still have plans, and I’m grateful for everyday.
