Ali Naji’s Ramadan Fundraiser for Families in Iraq

I am Ali Naji, an Iraqi Muslim who practices Ramdan. This is a month for reflecting, giving, and having faith, but sadly, for many families in Iraq, the beauty of this month has been lost. The increasing prices of food means they are barely able to afford what is needed to sustain them while they fast.

To combat this, I have set out to personally fundraise to provide struggling families in Iraq with nutritious food packages. Ensuring that struggling families have access to essential staples like rice, flour, lentils, and cooking oil will help us as a whole enable them to break their fasts with dignity.

All donations no matter how big or small will be able to make a difference. The money will be completely used for buying food and distributing it to those in need.

I hope we can all come together this Ramadan and make a positive change. Sharing my fundraiser and donating if you have the capabilites would be greatly appreciated.
