Alexis Goes to NYU!

It has been my dream to go to NYU and now that I've gotten accepted that could finally be a reality... if I can afford it. With help from others I can have the opportunity to attend Tisch for theatre and pusue my dream!
I have been acting in community theatre and with schools since I was little, and have also acted in TV shows and short films. In my spare time I volunteer at an after-school program and work as a summer camp counselor with the Chicago Park District, work as a teacher's assistant at my Synagogue, and babysit/take care of animals for families in my neighborhood.
With the help of these donations I will be able to attend one of the top acting schools in the country which will help send me on the path to sharing meaningful stories through theatre and film, shedding light on important social issues and sharing joy with the world through this form of art.
