Alex Wood's Medical Fund

Hey friends, family and community we have a brother that needs our help. Alex Wood is my husband's life long best friend. Most people know them as brothers. He has a lovely wife Angel and 2 children Cameron and Skyler. Alex is the type of guy who will do anything for anyone, anytime any place. Right now Alex and his family need our help. About a month ago he started having back pain that got progressively worse. His wife made him go to the hospital to get checked out. He was sent home with pain meds and no diaognosis. The next day his symptoms got worse, he pasted out at home and had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance. When he arrived he was completely debilitated unable to move, unable to speak coherently or comprehend information. He was admitted to the hospital and after days of diognistic testing he was diagnosed with two abscesses in the muscles near the lumbar spine. The infection had spread throughout his body and into his bloodstream. This infection also affected several organs which required additional treatment. After being in the hospital over a week they allowed him to go home with orders to return to the hospital for daily IV antibiotic infusions that will continue 7 days per week for the next 3-4 weeks. He is able to walk with the use of a walker and some assistance but he is still very weak and has significant pain. Alex recently started a new job so he had not been enrolled in their medical insurance plan yet. With starting a new job he does not have any paid time off yet so he has been without a paycheck for a few weeks. Angel has had to take time off work for his hospital admission, general care and daily IV infusion appointments.  Currently they have only one income and his medical bills continue to grow.  Please find it in your heart to make a donation.  Everything will be greatly appreciated.   We are so thankful for God's blessings and Angel's wisdom in advocating for her husbands medical  care.   So thankful we are asking for help to cover medical expenses.  His condition was life threatening and we are so thankful to God for his Devine intervention.
