Help Alex replace her stolen electronics

On Thursday, 26th November, my friend, Alex Wee's flat was broken into and a total of nearly £2000 worth of her electronics was taken. The thief was caught, however, was bailed out. The police made no effort to trace her belongings nor offer any compensation. With the thief roaming free, there was no chance her items were retrievable. Attached is a video of her and her flatmates discovering the ransacked house.
As a student, this has obviously caused a huge disruption to her life especially with classes being online, and not to mention the mental distress herself and her housemates are experiencing.
Her rough total loss is as follows:
Laptop = £731
iPad and Apple pencil = £500
Slim folio keyboard = £90
JBL Flip = £80
Nintendo Switch = £280
Switch physical games and accessories (Joycons, skin, SD card)= £130
Wireless mouse = £20
Apple earphones = £20
Powerbank = £20
Backpack = £15
Total = £1886
I hope to gather funds mainly to help her replace the stolen laptop, iPad and its accessories. The rest of the funds will help her housemates recover as well.
A little bit about Alex: She is a medical student who spent her summer working as a healthcare assistant at hospitals in Belfast, where many a time she worked at covid wards. When they needed extra set of hands, she was never hesitant to help out despite the obvious fear of the virus at the time. Currently, she is doing placements, aiding a hospital in Belfast.
Being an international student from Malaysia, she has always been independent and self-sufficient. Many of her belongings that were stolen were bought from her own paychecks, so getting to recover the money's worth of her effort would be a huge weight off her shoulders. She has also been working on saving money for an intercalated degree.
As her close friend, I've always known her as someone who would go out of her way to help others, may it be to her patients or her friends. If you know her personally, I'm sure you can attest for this as well.
My friends and I simply want Alex to live a comfortable life again and recover from the incident. Your donation, no matter the amount will definitely help her get back on her feet, and we truly appreciate it.
