Alex & Heather's Fire Disaster fund

Donation protected

This is my little brother Alex and his wife Heather. They got married last year in October 2016.

October 9, 2017, 6 days before their one year anniversary, Alex awoke shortly before 2 am for no reason. There were massive wind gusts blowing outside and he decided to look out the front window of their home. What he saw was his neighbor's home across the street on fire, and embers blowing into his front yard.

Alex sprang into action, getting his  4 1/2 month pregnant wife up and moving, packing their 3 cats, 7 chickens, and the few precious items they could think of. This did not include wedding rings.

Within 20 minutes Alex and Heather were driving away from their home that was soon to be in flames.

Alex, Heather and their soon to be first child lived in the now famous Coffey Park neighborhood, in Santa Rosa California. They lost literally everything they owned, except each other, their vehicles and pets they drove away with that night. Many if not most of their neighbors are in the same predicament.

Alex and Heather could really use some help financially at this time to deal with their current situation. They lost everything, and need to start over.

Thank you for reading, sharing or donating. GoFundMe is asking me to edit this story to complete their review process. I am Thomas English, I created this campaign for my Brother and his wife, Alex and Heather Apons. Alex and Heather lost everything and need these funds to buy essential items.
