Alex Hanson Fights Again!!!

In this case, “Third Time is Not a Charm!” As a lot of you recall, when he was 12 years old, with great courage, he fought and conquered Leukemia(2002), a rare flesh eating bacterial infection and a very rare MALT B-Cell Lung Lymphoma (2004), along with many other very scary health complications!!
       For the last 15+ years, he has battled the health ups and down from these diseases, while following his passion of creating amazing food creations in his Culinary world.  
      Our unique and rare Unicorn is once again facing a medical challenge, as a large grapefruit sized tumor has been found in the right lobe of his liver, along with a smaller one in the left lobe!! Virginia Mason Liver Specialists are working hard to diagnose these tumors and formulate a plan of attack for conquering this.  
       Alex’s body never does things the easy way!  Dr. Helton has indicated that these tumors are very very rare and have never been seen or diagnosed in the entire United States. He has only located 6 cases across the entire world that have a similar type of presentation (in China, Israel & Iran) and is reaching out to Specialists all around the U.S. and across the World for help!
       Alex has missed a lot of work and will continue to miss days for treatments, tests and surgical procedures, as well as medical bills and costs of getting to Seattle for his appointments.
