Alex Buky passed away peacefully in his father's home, on his 2 year anniversary of sobriety. Alex was the most kind and gentle soul that you had ever met. He had the ability to put a smile on your face with just his presence, no matter what you were going through.
More than anything, Alex loved to help others. He was the first one there when you needed him, without blinking an eye. It didn't matter if he was busy, he always dropped everything to help someone else. Alex was so selfless, it's almost unnatural.
That is why nothing would make Alex happier, than to give others a chance to get better. Help us give this gift to others in need. Every bit helps. Alex would be so proud that this was being done in his name, in his honor.
Alex, you were loved by so many people and your untimely death is such a shock. However, it brings peace to know you went to heaven sober and enjoyed the last few days of your life with friends and family in your beloved home state of Kentucky.
Every $2,500 (scholarship fee) raised will be used to cover food, housing, medicine and ancillary costs to treat someone suffering from the disease of alcoholism and/or addiction. This fee will cover up to 45 days of partial hospitalization at a reputable, upstanding substance abuse facility. Full support and guidance for aftercare solutions will be also included.

Alex is forever an alumni and family member of Satori Waters and All-in Solutions Behavioral Health and as such both facilities will be participating heavily in this process.
