Alex Bogran's family fund



Alex Bogran is my strong, resilient, positive 11 year old cousin. He has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his right tibia. Alex's spirit is strong and we know that God is at work in him and through him. Alex will receive 12 chemotherapy treatments. The first 6 is to kill the tumor and then they will operate, reconstructing his knee and upper tibia. A prothesis will be put in and then he will finish with 6 more treatments. Alex has two older sisters and parents that are going through a very challenging time and emotionally draining process.  As you can imagine, the cost of these treatments are not inexpensive. His family will have to pay a certain amount of the medical expenses before and after the treatment. His family's whole focus is now taking care of Alex and his physical needs. We know God is our provider and He will work to allow to see His hand in all of this. My request is to help me build a safety net for this family.  If I lived closer I would be dropping off meals as often as could. But being that I am so far away, I would like to fund meals, adventures Alex might want to engage in and medical expenses.  My goal is 25K but I would appreciate any contribution.  Please keep praying for Alex! I have no doubt that God will show his power and will be glorified in Alexs' life.                  

Alex Bogran es mi primo fuerte, vigoroso y positivo de 11 años. Le diagnosticaron con osteosarcoma en su rodilla derecha. El espíritu de Alex es fuerte y sabemos que Dios está obrando en él y a través de él. Alex va recibir 12 tratamientos de quimioterapia. Los primeros 6 son para matar el tumor, después van a operar, reconstruyendo su rodilla y la parte alta de la tibia. Una prótesis será implantada y después terminaran con 6 tratamientos más de quimioterapia. Alex tiene dos hermanas mayores y padres que están confrontando un tiempo bien complicado y están en medio de un proceso emocionalmente muy difícil. Como pueden imaginarse el costo de estos tratamientos son costosos. Como familia tendrán que pagar cierta cantidad de gastos médicos durante y después del tratamiento. Como se dan cuenta, todo ha cambiado como familia, todo el enfoque ahora ha sido en cuidar de las necesidades físicas de Alex. Sabemos que Dios es nuestro proveedor y creemos que Él va obrar para permitir que veamos Su mano en todo esto. Mi pedido especial es para que personas me ayuden a levantar un fondo que funcionara como apoyo para esta familia. Si viviera cerca les llevaría comidas continuamente, pero como estoy lejos, me gustaría ayudar con los gastos de comidas, aventuras que Alex le gusta hacer o desea hacer y por supuesto cualquier gasto médico. Mis metas son $25,000, pero cualquier monto sería de gran ayuda y apreciaríamos la contribución. ¡Por favor sigan orando por Alex!
