This GoFundMe page has been set up for Amy & Alessio Angelucci on behalf of their family and friends.
On Monday 31 July 2017, exactly 3 days after his 29th birthday, Alessio Angelucci received some news that would turn his world upside down. A large growth had been found growing on his pelvis, and in the weeks to follow, it would be diagnosed as an Hodgkins Lymphoma.
Since his diagnosis, Alessio has commenced Chemotherapy treatment to reduce the size of the tumour, with his loving and committed wife Amy by his side.
Amy and Alessio were married just 11 months ago. Since then, Alessio has left his full time employment to pursue his dream of helping others acheive their goals by becoming a Personal Trainer and he is excelling in his new profession.
Amy is a Pharmacist and loves that she gets to help people on a daily basis through her work.
The chances are that if you’re reading this, you know Amy and Alessio personally, so you know that they are the most loving, generous, and supportive couple that we are lucky to call our friends or family. Despite facing their own adversities over the years, they are always the first people to put their hands up to help someone in need. This page is our chance to do the same for them.
Though they would never feel comfortable asking for it themselves, they could really benefit from any financial support as well as the amazing outpouring of emotional support that they have been receiving.
Medical bills are starting to become due and though some are covered by their insurance, there is a large portion that they'll need to come up with the funds for themselves, upwards of $30,000. Our target of $15,000 will help relieve the pressure of the situation and allow Amy and Alessio to both focus on his recovery and getting well as quickly as possible.
Whether it’s a $10 donation, or even just a Facebook “share”, your contribution would mean the world to them. Let’s rally around our beautiful friends who would do no less for us.
