Advance Mental Health Treatment Needed

lives in Bologna, Italy. She is single mother of two children.
Ale has endogenous major depression, borderline, anorexia certified as a handicap from her Mental Illness since 15 years old. She has been hospitalized many times during her life. Her psychiatrist doesn’t know what to do anymore. She is very scared.
Her current diagnosis and treatments are failing. After her Mom’s death in June, is when her illness hit rock bottom. Ale has no relatives/family that can financially help.
She has been out of work and could possibly lose her job. This treatment plan can give her the solution to return to work.
Regular therapy doesn’t work. She need DBT therapy. DNA Test for Psychotropic and Medication that will change from DNA testing.
Unfortunately the State of Italy will not pay for these type of treatments Alessandra needs to improve her Mental Health.
Ale, has tried all the procedures, they have to offer.
The system is failing her. Currently she goes into the hospital everyday for two hours for an IV drip of glucose, the highest does possible of Effexor with LYRICA (pregabalin). The meds and drips are not working. She also takes antiemetic every day so she does not throw up (anorexia).
She is literally fighting for her life everyday.
After being on different medications since15 years old, nothing is working. A DNA test will provide the psychiatrist to determine what will metabolize and work with her body. Medication in mental health is a guessing game. She can’t continue, she wants to die every single day of her life. Ale is scared for her life.
She has come to a point that she can’t do anything anymore. No strength, no fight, suicidal thoughts are daily. These changes need to happen in her life to survive.
Please help our sister. She deserves to have the proper treatment. Unfortunately she lives where they will not cover these types of advance treatments.
She is living in hell inside of her own mind.

Trattamento di salute mentale avanzato necessario
Alessandra ha una depressione maggiore endogena, borderline, anoressia certificata come handicap dalla sua malattia mentale dai 15 anni. È stata ricoverata in ospedale molte volte durante la sua vita. Il suo psichiatra non sa più cosa fare. Lei è molto spaventata. Non ha nessun parente che può aiutarla. È totalmente sola senza nessuno che possa aiutarla.
La sua diagnosi e i trattamenti attuali stanno fallendo. Dopo la morte di sua madre a giugno, è quando la sua malattia ha toccato il fondo.
Lei non riesce a lavorare e potrebbe perdere il lavoro. Questo piano di trattamento può darle la soluzione per tornare al lavoro.
La terapia regolare non funziona. Ha bisogno della terapia con DBT. Test del DNA per psicotropi e farmaci che cambieranno dal test del DNA.
Purtroppo lo Stato italiano non pagherà per questo tipo di trattamenti che Alessandra ha bisogno di migliorare la sua salute mentale.
Ale, ha provato tutte le procedure che hanno da offrire.

Sta letteralmente combattendo per la sua vita ogni giorno.
Dopo aver assunto diversi farmaci da quando aveva 15 anni, non funziona nulla. Un test del DNA fornirà lo psichiatra per determinare cosa metabolizzerà e lavorerà con il suo corpo. Farmaci in salute mentale è un gioco di ipotesi. Non può continuare, vuole morire ogni singolo giorno della sua vita. Ale è spaventata per la sua vita.
È arrivata al punto che non può fare più nulla. Nessuna forza, nessuna lotta, pensieri suicidi sono quotidiani. Questi cambiamenti devono accadere nella sua vita per sopravvivere.
Per favore aiutate questa persona. Lei merita di avere il trattamento adeguato. Purtroppo vive dove lo stato ne assicurazione coprono questi tipi di trattamenti avanzati.
