Over the years, we’ve shared countless meals, celebrated milestones, and built a community that has made Aleph so much more than just a restaurant.

<div>Today, with heavy hearts, we are announcing that Aleph Eatery will close its doors on January 26th. This decision comes after years of resilience, innovation, and tireless effort to recover from the devastating impact of the pandemic.

<div>While Aleph was a profitable operation, every penny we’ve earned has gone toward paying off the significant debts we incurred during the pandemic. The burden has become unsustainable, leaving us no choice but to close.

<div>We are asking for your help to close this chapter with grace. Contributions to this fundraiser will go directly toward:
