Alek's Recovery Fund
Donation protected
This is my son Alek Iantosca, Due to complication of his Type One diabetes (diagnosed at age 13yrs old), He developed an ulcer/open sore on a pinky toe, which became infected. Unfortunately, Monday April 4th Alek had to have the toe amputated, to prevent further damage.
He will be in the hospital for the next 5-7 days and probably unable to work (as a line cook) for an additional week or two. Which is very upsetting to him. He just started working at a restaurant in Portland, Or which he called his "dream job", "was having a blast learning".
The funds will be used for rent and expenses for the time unable to work and recover stress free.
Thank you for reading and sharing. Wish you and your family the best.
