My name is Sean Spencer and I am not a writer. I am, however, a father who would do anything for my highly ambitious daughter. I would like to tell you about her, her future, and the boy she loves.
My daughter Aleenah has dreamed of being a veterinarian since she was eight years old. I have always supported her and have tried my best to be her path for success. Aleenah has completed both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University. All while working the early morning shift at a local café, and afternoon shifts at a veterinary clinic struggling to make ends meet. She has also worked odd jobs like modeling, photography, and pet sitting. She is full of life, raised with great values, and trustworthy. After applying this past fall, she was finally accepted into the University of London’s Royal Veterinarian College.
As amazing and wonderful as my daughter is, there has been one thing just as exciting as being accepted into this school and that is her fiancé Max.
Max is a wonderful ambitious man who really believes in himself and those he surrounds himself with. Max announced at a very young age that he wanted to be an actor. Since then his ambitions enabled him to take a one- way flight to New York in 2015 to pursue his dreams as a playwright, producer, and actor. He has performed in off Broadway productions, web series’, and independent films. As successful as Max was in New York, his love for Aleenah led him to pack his dreams and take them back to Texas.
Now that most of the hard work is out of the way (getting acceptance into vet school and the wedding date set for July 29, 2018) the only real hurdles they are experiencing is funding to cover the cost of school and pet deposits, moving across the world, visas, and housing.
It is my sincere hope that you will want to be part of making these dreams come true.
