Donation protected
WHO WE ARE:
This GoFundMe campaign benefiting Veterans Village of San Diego (VVSD) www.vvsd.net is the community service initiative spearheaded by SD7, a class of the Ascension Leadership Academy (ALA) www.alasandiego.com
. We (SD7) are a group of 26 passionate individuals leading by example and focused on making a positive impact in our community. The vision of SD7 is a commitment to creating a world of Authenticity, Love, Inspiration, Freedom and Empowerment (ALIFE).

VVSD has been a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, non-government organization since 1981 to address homelessness in San Diego, California.
SD7 MISSION AND GOAL:
We are committed to helping homeless veterans. We will do this by raising $50,000 in 10 days. Donations will go towards creating sustainable supply bags, as well as creating a leadership workshop for veterans at a local treatment center. We will be enrolling volunteers for “Stand Down” which is the largest community outreach program for homeless veterans in the world. At this event we will also be giving all veterans a bag filled with certain necessities for daily living. Our mission and goal is to meet veterans where they are and help them to overcome any barrier that stands in their way of being of maximum success. Our transformational workshop will be aimed at connecting with these veterans where they’re at and empowering them to realize their own potential and step towards it.

Why Go Fund Me?
Time is of the essence!  We have 10 days to save some lives.
