Norris Trap Ladies' Nationals Trip

The Norris Ladies Trap Squad has taken trap shooting to a new level. At this year’s Nebraska State Trap Shoot we placed second in two events and brought home the first two team trophies in Norris Ladies shooting history. This qualified us to compete at the 2014 AIM Grand Championship from August 2-5 in Sparta, Illinois. The AIM program recognizes Academics, Integrity and Marksmanship and it is the youth program of the Amateur Trapshooting Association. This is a remarkable honor for the five young women on our squad who will be attending.
This is a unique chance for our squad to represent Norris and the local community on a national level. In order for us to participate in this event we will incur many expenses. Traveling costs, practice blue rock and shotgun shells are just a few. We are currently seeking monetary donations to sponsor the squad and are reaching out to our family, friends and community for support to defray some of those costs. Any donation amount would be appreciated and all funds raised go directly to benefit our team as our coaches, managers, and mentors are non-paid, dedicated volunteers.  We appreciate any support and look forward to representing our squad and our school this summer.
