What is Step It Up: Step It Up is a virtual steps competition to raise awareness and money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In times like these it’s important to remember that getting outside, turning off your screens, and working on your physical fitness will help your mental fitness too!  Our Story:  AKPsi lost a brother to suicide in 2015 and we are raising money for him and all the others that need help. Mental health is a huge passion of our professional fraternity and we need your help to make a difference. Event Details: Step It Up will be held from 9 am on 4/19 to 11:59 pm on 4/25 (EST). Your task is to walk or run as many steps as you can during this week either as an individual or on a team (teams can have a maximum number of 10 participants). Prizes: The top 3 individuals and top 3 teams will win prizes!
