Akintunde Ahmad made news headlines four years ago when he appeared on the Ellen Show as he graduated from Oakland Technical High School with a 5.0 GPA. He was accepted into several Ivy League Universities and he chose to attend Yale University.
On May 21, 2018, Akintunde graduated from Yale, with honors receiving a BA in Sociology. Next year, he will attend the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism in New York to earn his Masters Degree in Journalism and Documentary Film.
The total cost of this program is $105,820. Fortunately, Akintunde received a partial scholarship for tuition, however, we need your help to cover the rest and minimize potential student loans.
