Resilience Short Film

Resilience is a story about a recent college graduate who turns down a high paying job to chase his dreams of becoming an actor. After arriving in Los Angeles, he's faced with unfortunate events.

This story has been inspired by true events. We finished  production of the film and we're planning on submit it to film festivals when it's completed. As you may know Post Production cost money and we need your support putting the finishing pieces together. The funds will goto the original score, editor and film festivals. 


About us:

Carl Mickens - Writer/Director from Bloomfield, CT. Graduated from Columbia College Hollywood, a film school in Los Angeles. He's intern for the Syfy network, Codeblack Entertainment and work at ESPN for two before moving back to Los Angles. He continues to write and collaborate on different projects.

Darren Lee Campbell - Actor/Writer from Cleveland, OH. Graduated from Edinboro University with a B.A. degree in Broadcast Journalism. He also attended Full Sail University.
