I’ve suffered from fibromyalgia for over 25 years, and after a car accident three years ago, I developed two herniated discs in my cervical spine, causing intense pain in my neck, shoulders, and arms. I also have two more herniated discs in my lower back, which cause pain in my back and left leg. Every appointment ends in pain — and I live alone, relying solely on my work to support myself.
