Ajuda salvar uma vida

Please help this little warrior Vanechka Evchuk 15 y. In January 1916 he underwent a kidney transplant in Minsk and lived a full life, not in the Okhmatdet hospital where he had undergone hemodialysis before. Since that time he has been taking immunosuppressive drugs, which do not allow the transplant to be rejected. And these drugs have a lot of side effects, and the worst thing is the risk of contracting cancer. So it happened that he is the first child in Ukraine with such a complex combined diagnosis.
At first there was nausea, vomiting and headaches at the end of October 2019. And on November 4 MRI showed multiple masses of the brain. Diagnosis: sluggish encephalitis - they treated it for three months, until the next MRI control on February 6th. Tumour increased and localized in one place. During those three months they were consulted in seven medical institutions in Kiev, and the wrong diagnosis was made. Lost precious time ...
‌In February, he was treated and examined in the diagnostic department of Okhmatdet. After neurosurgical craniotomy, biopsy showed large B-cell lymphoma (Burkitt's lymphoma).  He was immediately transferred to the oncology department. The first block of intensive polychemotherapy took place in Kiev. After another block, the rejection of transport began. Most likely, this was caused by a significant decrease in immunosuppression, which was canceled in Kiev.  After the third block he was in a very bad condition. After hemorrhage into perforated lymphoma, which decreased by 40% after the first courses, the child did not eat, did not drink on his own, did not speak. The right hand hasn’t worked yet. Epileptic seizures have appeared for the first time. Due to severe weakening, he cannot walk. Ukraine has no experience in treating such complex cases.

We believed and hoped for the best, we went through three blocks of polychemotherapy. And now we are at a dead end. The function of the transplanted kidney is impaired. And as an option, they offer to complete the treatment at home, because this way the child will be better, easier, calmer ...  Mother understand everything, and as a mother she cannot wait for such an improvement ...
They are now in the Sheba clinic in Israel, they have experience in treating patients with such combined complications, they treat not only according to the protocol, '' but also take into account situations and options. ''
I ask you to give this boy one more chance to live and become healthy.
We have now undergone an examination at the Sheba clinic in Israel, $ 42,000 was spent on it. Although it was planned $ 16,000 for examination, and the rest of the money should have been for treatment, but there was an unexpected surgery: a biopsy of brain lymphoma.
Treatment fee 120,000 td
