There is something about the life of Jesus. When the Word and Life, Christ Jesus comes and fills us, we are consumed with love, and this love makes us fall in love with those around us, as well as the poor, broken, and the orphan. This Love has been speaking to me over the past several months, and drawing me to bring this gospel to a number of different places.
I have the opportunity this summer to go to several different nations to share the love of Jesus with people. I will be going to Cambodia, the Middle East, Brazil, Nicaragua, and India.
In Cambodia, I will be in Phnom Penh, visiting the Iris Base there, and working with children and the impoverished in the local garbage dumps, as well as victims of sex trafficking.
In the Middle East, I will be in a nation there, to share the love of Jesus on the streets, as well as at a local ministry there.
In Brazil, I will be in Belem, as part of a group with Global Awakening ministering in various churches in the area, as well as teaching and training youth in walking in the love of God and practical ministry to people.
In Nicaragua, I will be visiting an Iris base in Managua along with a few others, and we will be working with children from local garbage dumps, as well as sharing the gospel on the streets and encouraging the staff and leaders already there.
In India, I will be on the streets and in churches there, sharing the love of Jesus with people along with a local pastor there. We will also be working in an orphanage with children from both rural and city areas.
Prior to this, I will be going to Bethel in Redding, CA for about a week, to pursue more of Jesus, that I can see Him move in power in my life, and in these places I am visiting.
In total, these trips will cost about $11,000. This will cover airfare and all other expenses for these trips. I am looking to fundraise this by the end of May. Any donation, even small amounts, helps.
