Aiya's dentist fund

As a parent you always put your kids needs and wants ahead of yourself. Nothing makes you feel more worthless and defeated than not being able to provide what is necessary due to financial burdens. I have been faced with many challenges as a single mother of 2 children but often times overcome them one way or another. This time I am reaching out to see if I can get help since I am facing many obstacles with little hope and few options. My 5 year old daughter Aiya has needed dental work done since May of this year. I have jumped through multiple hoops and been directed to several dental offices since she brought it to my attention. First the initial visit in which I had to pay over $700 out of pocket but unfortunately they were not able to complete the procedure due to Aiya being uncooperative. I was then referred to a pediatric dental office that also was unable to complete the procedure. The pediatric dentist advised that she would need to have sedation in order to complete the work that needs to be done. He provided me a referral to another dentist who does in house sedation. Unfortunately during this time I was transitioning to a new job closer to home to save money on fuel cost which caused a laps in our insurance. Yesterday was the first day of my work insurance being active in which we went to the dentist office for yet again another consultation, each one cost about roughly $110 out of pocket and they require this to be done so that a plan of action can be presented. While at the consultation yesterday I found that since her last visit things have only gotten worse. Aiya now has two abscessed teeth one that must be pulled the second one will require a root canal and cap. Those are the main focus but she also needs 3 surface cavities filled to avoid them turning into abscessed teeth. This will require two or possibly three visits at the clinic which provides in house sedation. Even after insurance the estimate for the cost is out of my price range. The work cannot be completed until money is provided to cover the procedure. This means each day as my daughter goes without the work being done her teeth are going to continue to get worse and she will still be in pain. I work 40 hours a week fulltime and still don’t have the resources to come up with that money. With rent, childcare, car insurance, groceries, gas and other various bills I am left with little to nothing to spare. I have been without a cell phone for almost 2 months now just so that I can have that extra money to go towards other necessary things. I also just had an unexpected expense when 6 days before my birthday I ran over two nails and had to get my car towed and tires fixed. It seem like a never ending cycle and it is my hopes that I can raise some money so that my daughter can get her teeth fixed and no longer be in pain before she starts kindergarten. Thank you very much for taking the time to read our story any donations made are greatly appreciated!
