I need a genetics test to diagnose FSHMD

I'm Zach, Daddy Zach. I have 6 wonderful kids that I love to spend time with and watch grow. I have the most wonderful wife, she is the hardest working, most loving, stunningly beautiful woman in the world. I am an Army Vet, an ex-corrections officer, and entrepreneur. I am also being diagnosed with Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHMD).  I recently lost  my insurance and the genetics test out of pocket for me is $5000.00. I need to be formally diagnosed to move forward with the direction we need to go as a family and as a patient.  Thanks for your support it is greatly appreciated!
