Medical Bills and other expenses

My dad has been diagnosed with two different cancers. He has stage 4 kidney cancer and a cancer of its own in his liver. They want to remove his kidney and take out about 60% of his liver. My parents live in Oregon but have Traveled to Houston, TX so he can get treatment at M.D. Anderson. So it can be quite expensive just the travel alone, food, hotels, gas and then add dr bills and hospital bills and everything else. Niether of my parents are working. So this all has been a big hurt in the monetary department for them. Us kids are doing what we can, but it is a struggle. My dad is an amazing, kind , funny and loving man. He has been with my mom since highschool and they are still married to this day (rare, i know) and they still have so much love for eachother :D...He is not ready to give up, He is fighting this. He has started chemo for now, because they want to grow his liver. So hopefully in 4 to 6 weeks they can do the surgery. They will not be back to work or in Oregon until this is over. The chemo is starting to make him sick, and he needs to be close the hospital if anything happens. Anything will help. His first grand-daughter. He is a great grandpa and all his grandchildren love him very much! He has 2 grandsons and 3 grand daughters with one on the way.
