La notte del 2 dicembre 2019, in seguito ad un cedimento strutturale, due condomini di Ciampino sono stati sgomberati e 24 famiglie ora non possono accedere alle loro case...
Fra gli inquilini ci sono persone disabili e bambini anche molto piccoli, realtà di vita differenti che necessitano in molti di casi di un aiuto concreto nel sostenere le spese per la permanenza in albergo, in affitto e per la messa in sicurezza e ricostruzione dell'edificio.
I tempi saranno lunghi, superiori ai 12 mesi, e l'intervento delle istituzioni complicato da questioni burocratiche lungi dall'essere risolte.

Chiediamo quindi un sostegno per chi ne ha maggiormente necessità, entro il prossimo mese molti dovranno stabilirsi in affitto e allo stesso tempo contribuire alle ingenti spese, dell'ordine delle centinaia di migliaia di euro per l'intero stabile.
È quindi possibile aiutare non solo con un contributo economico, ma anche offrendo in zona Ciampino - Roma Sud un appartamento in affitto a prezzi agevolati o uno spazio dove depositare materiale evacuato.

Maggiori dettagli sulla raccolta fondi
- La raccolta fondi è gestita direttamente da uno degli inquilini sfollati (Silvio Villa), che vive nella palazzina da 6 anni ed è coordinata da tutti gli altri inquilini.
- I fondi raccolti saranno devoluti alle famiglie di sfollati che più ne hanno bisogno per coprire i costi immediati di alloggio (albergo nei primi giorni necessari a trovare un affitto, affitto successivamente) e i costi immediati di messa in sicurezza dell'edificio. Non tutte le famiglie possono anticipare in tempi brevi alcune migliaia di euro per la messa in sicurezza.
- La campagna sarà tenuta aperta per tutto il periodo necessario alle famiglie per tornare ad abitare nella palazzina, sia che questa sarà abbattuta e ricostruita, sia che questa sarà consolidata. Indicativamente la campagna durerà per uno o due anni e i fondi saranno prelevati mensilmente per coprire gli affitti e ad ogni pagamento richiesto per la messa in sicurezza dello stabile.

On the night of December 2, 2019, following a structural collapse, two apartment buildings in Ciampino were evicted and 24 families now can not access their homes.
Among the tenants there are disabled people and children, even very young ones, different realities of life that need in many cases a concrete help in sustaining the expenses for the stay in the hotel, for rent and for the safety and reconstruction of the building.
The time frame will be long, more than 12 months, and the intervention of the institutions will be complicated by bureaucratic issues far from being resolved.
In recent days the situation of the building has worsened and it has been necessary to evacuate the families of the surrounding buildings.
We therefore call for support for those who need it most, and by next month many will have to rent and at the same time contribute to the huge costs of hundreds of thousands of euros for the entire building.

- The fundraiser is managed directly by one of the displaced tenants (Silvio Villa), who has lived in the building for 6 years and is coordinated by all the other tenants.
- The funds raised will be donated to the families of displaced people who need them most to cover the immediate costs of accommodation (hotel in the first days necessary to find a rental, rent later) and the immediate costs of securing the building. Not all families can anticipate in a short time some thousands of euros for the security.
- The campaign will be kept open for as long as it takes for the families to return to live in the building, whether it will be demolished and rebuilt, or whether it will be consolidated. As an indication, the campaign will last for one or two years and the funds will be withdrawn monthly to cover the rents and each payment required to secure the building.
