Salve a tutt*,
sono Davide Brosco, uno studente di Management delle attivita sportive e motorie presso Unibo.
Ho fatto la mia domanda di laurea a fine ottobre e qualche giorno fa mi è stata notificata dall'ufficio che verifica i requisiti una tassa riferita al 2019/2020 di 2550€, che corrisponde al massimo della tassazione prevista.
Mi spiego meglio: ho effettuato domanda di borsa di studio per il 2019/20 come sono solito fare ogni anno, essendo oramai fuori dal mio nucleo familiare da anni ed avendo il mio ISEE.
Mi mantengo a Bologna facendo lavoretti come steward, paninaro, facchino e qualsiasi cosa capita alla giornata (ultimamente ho fatto la pettorina blu all'università).
Mi è stata negata la Borsa di Studio poiché non rientravo nella “scala gerarchica” stabilita dalla ER.GO, tra quelli che vengono definiti “studenti indipendenti", ma mi era stata assicurata la no tax area in base al mio ISEE di 8000 euro circa in una delle decine di telefonate effettuate agli uffici ER.GO.
Personalmente ho da sempre rispettato questi requisiti e sono stato sempre esonerato dal pagamento delle tasse, come è giusto che sia in uno stato garantista come il nostro.
In pratica la mia domanda di Borsa di studio 19/20 è stata rifiutata (e questo lo sapevo dalle graduatorie di ottobre 2019) perché sono troppo povero(ma mi ero già messo l'anima in pace per questo! Ossia ho avuto troppi pochi introiti ,5.800 €, rispetto al loro requisito di 6500. A me sembra un paradosso bello grande questo!
Per 700 euro di differenza non in più, ma in meno.
In tutto ciò, per farvela breve, mi trovo con 2.550 euro da pagare entro il 24 novembre.
Adesso mi trovo in tasca un centinaio di euro tolte le bollette di casa da pagare.
Avrò qualche centinaia di euro circa i primi di dicembre per il pagamento del lavoro in università (vengo pagato a 60gg), ma non arriverebbero comunque in tempo e in quantità per coprire la tassa.
Io so perfettamente che in teoria hanno ragione loro e che le regole vanno rispettate, ma non per questo è detto che siano regole giuste.
Credo che in una situazione come questa loro dovrebbero essere i primi ad aiutare gli studenti ed a chiudere un occhio o quantomeno a trovare una soluzione idonea. Io così non ci sto!
Dunque, finite tutte le mie risorse (che considero abbastanza scarse), ho pensato di rivolgermi a tutt*, amici, amici di amici e amici di amici di amici di amici.
L’ho fatto anche ricordando il caso del ragazzo che ha messo il p*rno in p.zza maggiore e per cui hanno fatto una colletta per la sua multa.
E l’ho fatto anche pensando che hanno fatto un crowdfunding per una multa per una pisc*ata su un muro di una caserma.
Magari un pensiero a testa non fa male a nessuno, ma tanti pensieri accumulati mi aiuterebbero ad uscire da questa situazione di merda.
Perdonatemi la lunghezza, ma è la mia disperazione interiore che ha preso il controllo in questo momento.
In ogni caso intendo fare causa ad Er-Go tramite un CAF, per creare un precedente per tutti gli studenti che si trovano di fronte a questo paradosso. Nel caso riuscissi a vincere devolverei tutti i ricavi a qualche ente che finanzia gli studenti in condizioni disagiate.

I made my graduation application at the end of October and a few days ago I was notified by the office that verifies the requirements a tax referring to 2019/2020 of € 2550, which corresponds to the maximum of the expected tax.
Let me explain: I applied for a scholarship for 2019/20 as I usually do every year, having been out of my family for years and having my ISEE.
I stay in Bologna doing jobs as a steward, sandwich maker, porter and whatever happens to the day (I recently did the blue bib at university).
I was denied the scholarship because I was not part of the "hierarchical scale" established by ER.GO, among those defined as "independent students", but I was assured of the no tax area based on my ISEE of about 8000 euros in one of the dozens of phone calls made to the ER.GO.
Personally, I have always respected these requirements and have always been exempt from paying taxes, as it should be in a guaranteed state like ours.
In practice, my 19/20 scholarship application was rejected (and I knew this from the October 2019 rankings) because I am too poor (but I had already put my soul in peace for this! That is, I had too little income , € 5,800, compared to their requirement of 6500. This seems like a big paradox to me!
For 700 euros of difference not more, but less.
In all this, in short, I find myself with 2,550 euros to pay by November 24th.
Now I find myself in my pocket a hundred euros after the house bills to be paid.
I will have a few hundred euros around the beginning of December to pay for the work at the university (I get paid 60 days), but they would not arrive in time and in quantity to cover the tax.
I know perfectly well that in theory they are right and that the rules must be respected, but this does not mean that they are the right rules.
I believe that in a situation like this they should be the first to help students and turn a blind eye or at least find a suitable solution. I'm not there!
So, having finished all my resources (which I consider quite scarce), I thought of addressing everyone, friends, friends of friends and friends of friends of friends of friends.
I also did this by recalling the case of the boy who put his father in the main square and for whom they collected a fine for his fine.
And I also did it thinking that they did a crowdfunding for a fine for a swimming pool on a wall of a barracks.
Maybe one thought apiece doesn't hurt anyone, but so many accumulated thoughts would help me get out of this shitty situation.
Forgive me for the length, but it's my inner desperation that has taken over right now.
In any case, I intend to sue Er-Go through a CAF, to create a precedent for all students who are faced with this paradox. If I manage to win, I will donate all the proceeds to some entity that finances students in difficult conditions.
