Ciao a tutti!

Vogliamo presentarvi Koukla, una gattina dolcissima di circa un anno che ci ha letteralmente trovati mentre eravamo a Cipro.

Il suo nome significa “bambola” in greco, e non potevamo chiamarla diversamente: sembra truccata, con il suo musetto perfetto e gli occhi profondi… è bellissima, e ha subito conquistato i nostri cuori.

Un giorno si è presentata fuori da casa, affamata e bisognosa di affetto. Da allora non se n’è più andata… e noi non abbiamo potuto fare altro che accoglierla con amore.

Abbiamo deciso di adottarla e portarla con noi a Savona, dove potrà iniziare una nuova vita, sicura e amata, insieme a noi e al nostro gatto, Horus, che non vede l’ora di conoscerla!

Koukla è stata visitata dal veterinario: ha fatto tutti i vaccini, il trattamento antiparassitario, i test per FIV e FeLV (entrambi negativi) e gode di ottima salute. Le abbiamo fatto anche il passaporto europeo per animali e il microchip. Visita in una struttura specializzata (costo: 193€).

Attualmente si trova in quarantena in un hotel per gatti, come richiesto per il viaggio internazionale, al costo di 10€ al giorno, per un totale di almeno 21 giorni.

✈️ Il 5 ottobre torneremo a Cipro per prenderla e portarla con noi in cabina, così da ridurre al minimo lo stress e non separarla da noi.

Teniamo tantissimo al suo benessere e stiamo facendo tutto il possibile per darle una nuova vita, ma tra veterinario, documenti, hotel, volo e trasportino, le spese stanno diventando impegnative.

Se puoi e vuoi darci una mano, anche un piccolo contributo può fare una grande differenza. Ogni euro ci avvicina al momento in cui Koukla potrà finalmente arrivare a casa.

Hello everyone! 

We’d like to introduce you to Koukla, a sweet little cat, about a year old, who literally found us while we were in Cyprus. 

Her name means "doll" in Greek, and we couldn’t have chosen a better one: she looks like she’s wearing makeup, with her perfect little face and deep eyes… she’s absolutely beautiful and immediately stole our hearts. 

One day, she showed up outside our house—hungry and in need of affection. From that moment on, she never left… and we couldn’t do anything but welcome her with love. We’ve decided to adopt her and bring her with us to Savona, where she’ll start a new life—safe and loved—with us and our cat Horus, who can’t wait to meet her! Koukla has been seen by a vet: she’s received all her vaccines, deworming treatment, and tested negative for both FIV and FeLV. She’s in excellent health. We’ve also gotten her an EU pet passport and a microchip. She was examined at a specialized clinic (cost: €193). 

She’s currently in quarantine at a cat hotel, as required for international travel, at a cost of €10 per day, for a minimum of 21 days. 

✈️On October 5th, we’ll return to Cyprus to pick her up and bring her back with us in the cabin, to minimize her stress and keep her close throughout the journey. 

We care deeply about her well-being and are doing everything we can to give her a new life. However, between vet bills, documents, the hotel, flight, and carrier, the expenses are starting to add up.
