<div><strong>On 12 April, Team Air-Time (</strong><a href="https://www.air-time.org.uk/about-us/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Directors</strong></a><strong> and friends) are taking on the challenge events at the Brighton Marathon, including the full Marathon and the 10k, for Air Time Community Interest Company (CIC).</strong>

<div>At Air Time we believe in a world where everybody has access to high quality, therapeutic support for their mental health and wellbeing - not just those who can afford it.

<div>Based in Sussex and working across the south east, we partner with nature to design and deliver grant-funded and low-cost services which promote diversity and inclusion, are evidence-based and put people and the planet first.
</div>

</div>
<div>This includes projects like My Green Future, supporting young people who may be facing barriers in life, as well as woodland programmes such as coppicing, where participants learn traditional skills while improving their wellbeing.
</div>

</div>
<div>We also offer services like reflective supervision and mental health training to organisations — helping to fund and sustain our community work. From 2026 we will also be offering person-centred counselling.
</div>

<div>While many of our programmes receive funding for delivery, the core costs that make everything possible are much harder to fund: tools, insurance, transport and equipment.
</div>
