Air Ambulance for Aunty Jacklyn

Aunty Jacklyn has a ruptured aneurism in her brain and needs urgent medical attention. She's in Guyana and needs air ambulance to get her back to Canada for medical care.She didn't have travel insurance as such the cost of having care for her has increased. We appeal to you to assist our family.
