Aimee's Wait For A New Heart

Aimee is a normal 10 year old fun loving girl from Magherafelt. Except for one thing Aimee was born with a complex heart defect and now after 3 open-heart surgeries needs a new heart urgently. There are over 40 children currently on the UK urgent transplant list and hearts don’t become available very often.   Because Aimee needs 24/7 monitoring and medication by specialist doctors and nurses, until she gets a suitable match, she and her family have to stay in the children’s hospital, Belfast. They have already been living there since January 2019. Aimee’s father has had to leave his job because of this.    The burden on the family financially has became impossible once travel costs to the hospital and household bills are paid.   Please help us support Aimee and her family as they wait for the heart that will save Aimee’s life. Her mum Valerie, dad Steven and brother Taylor .we want to be able to spend as much time with her as possible. As Aimee will have her transplant in Newcastle and will spend quite a few months there with her mum dad and brother and will only be allowed a few people over to see her like grannys and grandad so that is why we are trying to spend as much time possible with her at the royal   Any support or donations are very much appreciated.
