Aimee’s Aneurysm Recovery Fund

Donation protected
As many may know, roughly two weeks ago while out hunting in remote Alaska, Aimee suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm. While miles away from access to medical care, Aimee’s legs went numb, she became violently ill, and could no longer walk. As her father and family friend managed to assist her back to their tent, Aimee began losing consciousness. Emergently, she was flown to Fairbanks where diagnostic imaging confirmed the worst, and from there was life flighted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where she is currently recovering. Dr. Levitt and his team of experts rushed Aimee to surgery upon her arrival, coiling the aneurysm through an endovascular procedure (aka stopping the bleed in her brain). She has responded miraculously, without deficit, but has remained necessarily in the Neuro ICU due to the high risk for stroke following aneurysm rupture. We are prayerful and hopeful that her health and progress will allow for a discharge within the next few days, where she will then return to Anchorage for a prolonged recovery.

Upon return to Anchorage Aimee will be required at least six weeks of physical and cognitive rest as she continues to regain her strength and stamina.

Our generous and selfless Aimee miraculously beat a ruptured brain aneurysm, now let’s reciprocate with an outpouring of love and help her beat the bills! Any generosity is appreciated.
