AIDP Scholarship fund supporting OpenDoors

The  #opendoors campaign is a very simple concept designed to raise:

1. Awareness of how others affect and influence our professional development;  
2. Recognition that we did not get to where we are in our career without the help of someone along the way; and  
3. Commitment to pay it forward and hold the door open for someone else.

The awareness that we didn’t where we are without the help of others is designed to help open our eyes to all those who have not had someone hold the door open for them because of an assumption, a bias or just because they were a little bit different.

So this year, we’re taking awareness to a whole new level by asking participants to not just thank and pledge, but this year also ‘toast’ or celebrate differences and help us open even more doors for deserving individuals through our new initiative: the All-in Scholarship  

Our goal for this campaign is to raise enough to be able to fund a number of scholarships for UNLV’s International Gaming Institute’s Executive Development Programme  - and opening doors to those from under-represented groups, and doing our bit to build a more inclusive industry. 

We welcome all contributions of any amount, with All in Diversity Project  going all out to promote anyone who contributes more than £1000/$1000 across our platforms, network and press.
