[fr-eng below] Nous avons toustes eu une année difficile : perte d’emploi, dépression, problèmes financiers, hébergement... Mais que se passerait-il si vous étiez une jeune meuf trans isolée, précaire, racisée, sans chômage ou rsa, coupée de sa famille, peut-être travailleuse du sexe, sans domicile fixe, et/ou, migrante ? C’est la situation de Paola, Rose, Ambre, et de plusieurs milliers d’entre nous au sein de l'État français. Notre levée de fonds a 2 objectifs : 1. Fournir une aide financière d’urgence aux membres de notre collectif qui manquent de nourriture, d’hormones, de produits d’hygiène, et qui font constamment face au poids de la transphobie institutionnelle et à l’inaction meurtrière des pouvoirs publics. Cette aide s’inscrit dans un accompagnement à moyen terme en collaboration avec des associations menées par des personnes trans, comme <a href="https://www.acceptess-t.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Acceptess T</a> , <a href="https://espacesantetrans.fr/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Espace Santé Trans</a>, ou des acteurs plus spécialisés comme <a href="https://ardhis.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ardhis</a>, <a href="https://www.ankhfrance.org" title="">Ankh</a>, <a href="https://www.helloasso.com/associations/wassla" title="">Wassla</a> ou <a href="https://www.soliha.fr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">SOLiHA</a>. 2. Défrayer le travail de nos membres en situation de précarité qui s’investissent dans l’aide mutuelle et les réunions d’organisations. QUI SOMMES-NOUS ? Notre collectif d’aide mutuelle a pour but d’abolir la transphobie institutionnelle et de démanteler la suprématie blanche qui persiste partout dans la société, y compris au sein de nos communautés. Notre premier mode d’action est de nous organiser en non-mixité contre l’isolement et la précarisation des femmes trans et des personnes transféminines : échanger et discuter de nos modes de survie, de nos parcours, de nos corps, de nos sexualités et de nos créations artistiques. Afin de lutter contre la mauvaise prise en charge du milieu médical, nous proposons des ateliers d’éducation thérapeutique, sans professionnel de santé, afin mieux comprendre nos traitements hormonaux et leurs voies d’administration, ainsi que nos besoins médicaux et administratifs spécifiques. Nous fournissons également un service de soutien et de care pour pallier au refus des institutions psychiatrique et psychologiques de nous prendre en charge correctement. QUI SUIS-JE ? Je suis membre active de ce réseau d’aide mutuelle. Nous levons des fonds pour lutter contre l’isolement et la précarisation des femmes trans et des personnes transféminines sur le territoire français. Les fonds seront distribués en tant qu’aide financière ponctuelle et/ou services (accompagnement, hormones…) entre nos membres précaires et isolé-es. PRINCIPES ET VALEURS DE NOTRE COLLECTIF Alors que nos communautés essaient de s’entraider pendant cette période de pandémie globale, <a href="https://www.acceptess-t.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Acceptess T</a>  a mis en place le<a href="https://www.acceptess-t.com/aide-sociale" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Fonds d’Aide Sociale Trans</a>  pour nous aider nous, nos soeurs et nos cousines à subvenir à nos besoins vitaux et à rester en bonne santé pendant cette année difficile. Bien que l’abolition totale des systèmes cisgenres qui maltraitent les personnes trans et/ou de genre non-conforme soit notre premier but à toutes, nous sommes aujourd’hui des milliers à n’avoir personne pour nous aider, nous accompagner ou nous proposer un travail ; nous sommes des milliers à ne bénéficier d’aucune aide sociale à cause de notre identité de genre et/ou de la manière dont nous sommes perçu-es.  Pour lutter contre cette injustice transphobe, et dans la lignée du <a href="https://www.acceptess-t.com/aide-sociale" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">FAST</a> qui aide des centaines de femmes trans précaires, nous collaborons avec <a href="https://www.acceptess-t.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Acceptess T</a> et l’<a href="https://ardhis.org" title="">ARDHIS</a> dans la prise en charge et l’accompagnement de nos soeurs trans, c’est à dire l’aide d’urgence immédiate pour les personnes en situation de précarité et l’accès aux hormones. Nous collaborons également avec des organisations plus spécialisées pour l’accompagnement de personnes migrantes, comme <a href="https://ardhis.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ardhis</a> , ou TDS, comme <a href="https://griselidis.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Grisélidis</a>, <a href="http://parapluierouge.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Parapluies Rouges</a> . La crise du covid et le gouvernement néolibéral actuel accentuent cette précarité, quand notre communauté, privée d’accès aux soins corrects, est particulièrement exposée pendant cette pandémie. La seule solution à ce problème est l’indemnisation de la transphobie sociale, et un accès universel direct à la sécurité sociale. Nous nous mobilisons donc, grâce à votre soutien, pour essayer de réduire ces risques et assurer la survie économique, psychologique et médicale de nos sœurs, car c’est pour l’instant la seule solution pouvant véritablement alléger le poids de la transphobie sociale qui pèse sur nos communautés. Job losses, depression, financial struggle, housing.. But what if you were a young, isolated, low-income trans woman, surviving without unemployment benefits, cut off from your own family, maybe with sex work, through homelessness and/or migration? This is what Paola, Rose, Ambre, and thousands more are going through within France. Our fundraiser has two aims: 1. Providing an emergency financial aid to members of our collective who lack food, hormones, hygiene products, and who constantly face the burden of institutional transphobia and deadly inaction of the government. This aid is part of a medium-term support in collaboration with trans-led organizations, such as Acceptess T, Espace Santé Trans, or more specialized ones like Ardhis, SOLiHA, Ankh or Wassla. 2. Support the work of our vulnerable members who run this mutual aid. These funds will also cover administrative follow-ups and hormones pooling. WHO ARE WE? Our mutual aid collective strives to abolish institutional transphobia and to dismantle white supremacy, which persists throughout society, including our communities. Our first mode of action is to organize ourselves in trans women-only groups against the growing isolation and vulnerability of trans women and transfeminine people: to exchange and discuss our ways of survival, our journeys, our bodies, sexualities, our artistic creations and so on. We counteract the constant misinformation and mistreatment by the medical system by helping each other better understand our hormone replacement therapies and their means of administration, as well as our specific medical and administrative needs. We also provide a support and care service to compensate for the lack, and sometimes complete inexistence, of proper psychiatric and psychological care. WHO AM I? I am an active member of this mutual aid network. We are raising funds to fight against the isolation and vulnerability of trans women and transfeminine people in France. The funds will be distributed as one-off financial aids and services (support, hormones..) between our vulnerable and isolated members. PRINCIPLES AND VALUES As our communities try to help each other during these hard times, trans-led organization Acceptess-T has set up the Trans Social Assistance Fund (FAST) to help us and our sisters meet our basic needs and stay in good health during this difficult year. Although the total abolition of cisgender systems that mistreats trans and gender non-conforming people is our primary goal, there are thousands of us who do not receive any social assistance because of our gender identities and how we are perceived. To fight against this transphobic injustice, and in line with the FAST which helps hundreds of vulnerable trans women, we collaborate with Acceptess-T, Espace Santé Trans and others in the care and support of our trans sisters, setting up immediate emergency aid and access to hormones for people in vulnerable situations. We also collaborate with more specialized organisations to support migrating people, such as Ardhis; or sex workers, such as Grisélidis and Parapluies Rouges. The covid pandemics and the current neoliberal government accentuate this crisis, when our community, deprived of access to proper care, is on the front line. The only solution to this problem is financial compensation for social transphobia and direct, universal access to social security. We are self-organizing, with your support, to reduce these risks and ensure the economic, psychological and medical survival of our sisters.
